About Dami.
I’m a British-born Nigerian author, speaker and storyteller. I tell bold stories, empower deep thinkers and connect with like-minded people through creativity & purpose.
"Ogaman: The Birth of a New King" is my debut superhero dystopian novel blending Yorùbá mythology with a gritty, dystopian London. Through the eyes of a teenage boy coming into power, the story explores what it means to grow up, take responsibility and reclaim a forgotten legacy.
I also earned a First-Class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, and spent 8 years working in Sales and Business Development before fully committing to my creative path.
Whether I’m crafting words, lyrics or ideas, my mission is to grow, inspire, challenge and uplift — starting with my African & diaspora community, and echoing outward.
